Famed television doctor Doc McStuffins appeared on Fox News\u2019 \n\u201cHannity\u201d two nights ago and controversially called for an end to \nstatewide lockdowns across the country, claiming to have found a cure \nfor COVID-19. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cI searched high and low through The Big Book of Boo Boos and found a\n cure right at the end,\u201d Mcstuffins said as she flipped through the book\n upon being prompted by Hannity. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
McStuffins was widely panned in the media for these statements, with \nmany criticizing Fox News for bringing a child doctor that also happens \nto be from a cartoon onto a program to drum up political support for the\n end of protective measures. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cDoc McStuffins….isn\u2019t that a children\u2019s television program?\u201d Dr. \nFauci said upon being asked about McStuffins\u2019 comments during a White \nHouse Coronavirus Task Force press briefing. \u201cOh, wait. It is, I\u2019ve \nbought the toys for my grandchildren before.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
McStuffins was called to appear on \u201cHannity\u201d, after fellow TV doctors\n and famed non-virologists Dr. Phil and Dr. Oz appeared on the network \nearlier this week. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cHonestly, as long as there\u2019s a \u201cDr.\u201d before their name? Good enough.\u201d an unnamed Fox producer said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The network\u2019s efforts to secure appearances from Dr. Doom and Dr. Gregory House proved unsuccessful earlier this week. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Hannity responded with a segment the following night supporting the \ncredibility of McStuffins, detailing her various impressive \naccomplishments throughout her time in the medical field, which include \nseparating two action figures stuck together with glue and helping to \ndry Stuffy the stuffed dragon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cI just don\u2019t understand all this Democrat hubub about the \nprofessionals appearing on Sean\u2019s show,\u201d White House advisor Kellyanne \nConway \u201cThey\u2019re just presenting alternative doctors.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
