BLOOMINGTON, IN — Flipside recently sent one of its reporters to Bloomington nightlife hub Kilroy’s on Kirkwood, where it was discovered that IU Economics Professor Oliver Klosoff has begun holding office hours there in order to entice more students to attend.

“It is pretty hard to see with all of the dim lights” Klosoff told reporters, “and the music can be incredibly distracting. But as someone who enjoys a nice buzz while doing research, I think the idea of a round of shots after discussing the merits of a universal basic income would really appeal to my pupils.”

Other professors around campus have begun taking note of the unique location, with many considering implementing it themselves. “It’s extremely important to be able to relate to your students” Professor Rachel Suarez of the Kelley School told reporters, ”and I really can’t think of any better way to do it than getting ripped with my students on a Tuesday afternoon.”

The university has announced it will be incorporating the costs of obtaining fake ID’s for students under the age of 21 as part of future tuition costs, noting they will “be sure to get the good ones from China.”
